Bluetti AC300 & B300 Review
The Modular Masterpiece for 100% Off-Grid Living
Our Verdict: 9.7/10
The Bluetti AC300 took a radical approach by removing the internal battery from the main inverter unit, making it 100% modular. This makes moving the system drastically easier and allows for incredible expansion up to 12.2kWh. With blazing fast 2400W dual solar input, it is our top choice for permanent off-grid cabin setups.
The Modular Advantage
Unlike the EcoFlow DELTA Pro which weighs nearly 100 lbs as a single block, the Bluetti AC300 main unit (the inverter and brain) weighs only 47.6 lbs, because it doesn't contain a battery. It pairs with B300 expansion batteries (79.6 lbs each). This modular approach means you can move the system piece-by-piece, making it far superior for RV setups and tight spaces.
Power & Capacity
The AC300 pushes 3000W of continuous power with a 6000W surge. This is enough to effortlessly run well pumps, circular saws, and large air conditioners. Because you can stack up to four B300 batteries per AC300, you can scale your system from a weekend camping trip (3072Wh) up to surviving a week-long blizzard (12,288Wh).
Unrivaled Solar Recharging
Where Bluetti absolutely destroys the competition is the dual MPPT solar controllers. The AC300 can handle an insane 2400W of solar input. Even better, you can combine AC wall charging (3000W) with solar charging (2400W) for a mind-bending 5400W dual-charge rate. You can fully recharge a completely dead B300 battery in under 1.5 hours.
